Payroll Support Desk Assistant - Location Tewkesbury

We are looking for a Payroll Support Desk Assistant who will report to our Support Desk Manager.  Based from our Tewkesbury office, this person will be expected to provide a professional support service to our customers and partners.  Duties include recording, answering and resolving queries for our Miracle software products which include Payroll and Human Resources solutions amongst others.
