On November 16 2011, Miracle announced the recruitment of two new staff to their team. Jane Biruls joined Miracle as a Credit Control Manager in October and took over from Michael Turner who retired. Jane is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an efficient and effective credit control system within Miracle.
Becky Taylor joined Miracle's Sales Support Team in October to help provide a professional service to Miracle's customers and partners. Becky will be mainly responsible for issuing and generating software licences and for supporting the sales team.
Alan Frost, CEO of Miracle said "Despite the current economic climate, Miracle has chosen to continue with its growth and recruitment plans. We believe that both Jane and Becky will be a great asset to our team. It's very important to us that we continue to improve and grow our customer service team, particularly as we work towards the payroll year end. Our workload around this time of the year is extensive and Becky will be very helpful to us when it comes to issuing licences to our customers and partners".
