MiraclePeople Staff Management for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Our Staff Management solution helps businesses to reduce administration time, errors and costs.  It fully integrates with other Miracle solutions and provides seamless integration between MiraclePay and MiraclePeople modules.  This powerful management tool will help to provide valuable data at a click of a button.

Time Registration

  • Staff can record entry and departure via a simple logon form
  • Various inputs supported, eg. cards, barcode scanners, finger scanners and keyboard
  • Payroll and HR departments can easily view forms to look up prior entries and acceptance status
  • Ability to add management comments
  • Staff can view entries of hours recorded based on a day, week or month basis 

Role and Labour Cost Planning

  • Allows businesses to budget for a specific role
  • Related costs can be recorded against specific roles using specified dates if required
  • Data can be used as a guideline for roster scheduling
  • Multiple schedules and shifts are supported

Salary codes and hour acceptance 

  • Ability to determine employees salary codes 
  • Ability to calculate precise costs by comparing the roster schedule and work arrangement
