Miracle Workflow for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

At Miracle we use Workflow in conjunction with our MiraclePeople solution to provide users with the ability to automate their paper based processes quickly and efficiently.

Workflow allows businesses to create a series of routines and actions that define a business process.  At Miracle we have partnered with agiles in Germany to incorporate their workflow solution into the Miracle product set to open up the inherent functionality of MiraclePeople.

The workflow solution can lie at the heart of the HR operation and can specify how tasks are structured, who carries them out, how they are tracked and synchronised.

Product Information and Functionality

• Commonly used HR processes can be automated.  Eg. Disciplinary meetings, appraisals, new starters and leavers
• Processes can be organised into stages and can include any number of tasks, alerts or actions
• Tasks can be forwarded to any number of employees along with deadlines
• Processes can be tracked by status, individual or team
• Users can view a list of open tasks and work directly from that list
• Automatic emails can inform an individual of the status of a task
• With the use of SharePoint, the MiraclePeople workflow solution can be distributed to external partners
• Automatic data control is used to ensure data is correct
• Data monitoring tasks can automatically check fields against timeframes

• Document storage tasks can check all required documents are in place
• Document examination tasks can check documents are correct
