MiracleRostering for Microsoft Dynamics NAV
MiracleRostering is a powerful staff management system which will handle the cost and role planning of staff, time registration and approval, roster scheduling and general employee cost management. MiracleRostering can be fully integrated with other Miracle solutions or used as a stand alone module.
Time Registration
- Entry and departure via simple logon forms using ID cards, barcode, finger scanners or keyboard entry
- Ability to view prior entries and acceptance status
- Ability to log comments from management on hours worked to enable communications re. salary issues
- Staff can have access to a simple view of hour entries based on day, week or month
Role and Labour Cost Planning
- Roles and general costs can be budgeted by office or location and by certain dates if required
- Guidelines are available for roster scheduling
- Multiple schedules or shifts are supported
Salary codes and hour acceptance
- Ability to determine the employee's salary codes and precise cost by comparing roster scheduling and the work arrangement to the time registration
- Ability to flag abnormalities and report to management
- Ability for management to accept or decline the hour registration prior to passing to Payroll
Roster Scheduling
- Simple one form view
- Access to one month period at a time
- Ability to compare role plan and cost estimates
- Holiday and sick leave handling
- Ability to SMS staff with the roster schedule
- Ability to SMS staff to inform them of available overtime shifts
- Multiple reporting options available including roster daily, weekly or monthly schedules
