We were delighted to receive our ‘Payroll Quality Partnership’ (PQP) accreditation on Tuesday 9th December 2015 from the CIPP.
The PQP accreditation is available for those companies that wish to achieve ‘best practice in the development of payroll people’. The objectives of the award is to raise recognition of the payroll profession and to maintain professional competence by enhancing and developing payroll skills and knowledge.
We were delighted to receive our PQP accreditation from the CIPP and we’re extremely proud of our team who helped us to achieve this recognition. As the world of payroll is increasingly changing, this accreditation has become extremely important to our business and will demonstrate our dedication to our customers, partners and employees. It’s vital that we maintain professional competence and this award has helped us to bring valuable knowledge into the business and has driven us to improve our processes - ultimately our goal is to achieve excellence by providing a sophisticated payroll solution with outstanding service.

Incredibly we achieved our initial IIP (Investors in People) accreditation on the same day as the PQP. Fast forward one year and Miracle have just achieved their Gold accreditation for IIP!!

The CIPP Payroll Assurance Scheme was developed to provide payroll departments and bureaus with assurance that:
Their payroll and associated processes are fit for purpose and comply with government legislation
They have the right payroll activities in place
They have suitable processes in place for picking up and preparing for legislative changes
Miracle Dynamics are delighted to have been awarded the Payroll Assurance Scheme (PAS) accreditation on 28th June 2013 following an assessment by the CIPP.
The PAS accreditation scheme independently reviews all payroll processes involved in paying an employee and we have been congratulated for operating at the high standards sufficient for the PAS accreditation. The CIPP were most impressed by our organisations's robust payroll procedures.
