Miracle Dynamics Ltd is the dominant supplier of HRM technology (payroll, HR, Time and attendance) to users of the Microsoft Dynamics business applications. We are indeed the ‘Microsoft Dynamics HRM People’ with over 60 resellers and 500+ customers.
We have designed and written our people based applications to be standard NAV or AX modules. They integrate seamlessly being just another option on the menu screens and utilise the same database. Using the power of the Microsoft Dynamics applications linked with the flexibility of our applications we can address even the most complex HRM information and management requirements. In fact we have addressed requirements that most other packages have shied away from.
We aim to provide full integration with the other Dynamics business modules and at the same time to meet the increasingly demanding needs of the Modern HRM function. We recognise that the need to meet demanding legislative change, to optimise the performance of the work force, to manage absence and to take full advantage of the Company’s human assets must all be addressed.
