27/01/2008 - miraclePAY’s first venture in the Gulf States.

Miracle Dynamics are pleased to announce that their first customer in Dubai is live on the full range of miracleHRM products including miraclePAY. Our Project Manager, Valerie Bonner stated ‘that the localisation was relatively simple due to the fact that the product was designed to handle international requirements’. 26/01/2008 - Abolition of incident packs

At the Miracle Partner Conference it was officially announced that the requirement for resellers to purchase ‘Incident Packs’ at £750 for 5 incidents has been abolished. Resellers who have paid their annual maintenance fees will have full access to the Miracle Help Desk in Leeds – 0845 634 2946.

Miracle will be introducing a range of new support options where customers are looking for additional help and assistance (pre-paid development days, system updates, account management etc.)

Mel Dobson stated that ‘Miracle have abolished a very unpopular policy, and that our Help Desk have been geared up to support the anticipated, additional workload’.

Do you run a fleet of cars, provide company cars or pay employees to do business mileage in their own cars?

If the answer is yes to any of them then you must now ensure that any vehicle used for business is roadworthy. Under this new legislation organisations no matter how small could be prosecuted if workers die whilst driving at work if the vehicle was un-roadworthy, even if they were using their own vehicle.

15/11/2007 - Mike Bowyer joins Miracle Dynamics as a Business Administration Consultant

Mike Bowyer, founding member of Hartland Information Services is joining Miracle Dynamics as a Business Administration Consultant. Mike recently spent 5 years at Microsoft where he had been handling channel management since the inception of the Business Solutions Division in July 2002. The three years prior to that Mike was at Navision.

His extensive experience of the Dynamics product together with the skills gained through achieving his MBA and his existing relationships with many of the partners mean Mike's appointment is excellent news for both Miracle Dynamics and their partners.

miraclePAY LITE will be sold alongside miraclePAY for Dynamics NAV. You will be able to choose which product to sell in each opportunity that arises.

If your client or prospect requires HR or T&A or JOB COSTING then always look to sell miraclePAY for Dynamics NAV.

If the sale is to an organisation having over 500 employees look seriously at miraclePAY for Dynamics NAV even if they only want payroll in the first instance, companies of this size are likely to have more complex payroll needs and grow into HR users soon than later.

miraclePAY for Dynamics NAV is Miracle's flagship payroll offering and as such is definitely more functionally rich than miraclePAY LITE and integrates seamlessly to the other Miracle NAV products.

We are not at this stage looking to integrate HR with miraclePAY LITE but will reconsider this stance if there is demand enough from the user base to warrant the investment in providing miraclePEOPLE LITE.

09/10/2007 - Product Acquisition - Name Change

As you will be aware by now MIRACLE have acquired the VIP and VIPER Payroll solutions from Touchstone Vorsprung.

Tom and Alan have indicated Miracle intend to carry on selling and supporting both VIP and VIPER but as you would expect we are to rename the products:
- VIP becomes miraclePAY LITE
- VIPER becomes miraclePAY for Dynamics AX

We will refer to both by their new names in any future correspondence.

09/10/2007 - Transfer of VIP and VIPER to Miracle Dynamics

As previously reported Miracle Dynamics has acquired the IPR of the VIP and VIPER products from Touchstone Vorsprung Ltd along with a customer base of over 250 sites. Alan Frost stated that this makes us the largest supplier of HRM products to the Microsoft Dynamics base.

In terms of our broad strategy Alan Frost made the following points:
- It is our intention to support the existing products and customers.
- We are planning to introduce some enhancements to VIP by Christmas, Gross to net calculations, payments after leaving and a message log.
- We plan to extend miracleREPORTING so that it works on VIP as well (It is a very impressive, user orientated reporting tool).
- It is our intention to continue with the sale of VIP and VIPER.
- We are already geared up to take on the support of these products, a separate communication detailing our support structure, contact numbers etc has been issued but in essence it is the same team you are used to: Stephen Mitchell, Angela Hammond and Lester Millington. Obviously Janet Sherwood is available to assist when necessary. (Touchstone have been excellent in helping us with resource and expertise, there should not be any major support issues)
- We will ensure that VIP and VIPER achieve HMRC accreditation in the next few months. Before we make any more decisions we are very keen to obtain feedback from the Partner and Customer base.

08/10/2007 - VIP & VIPER PAYROLL PRODUCTS

Touchstone Vorsprung Ltd (Touchstone) has been supplying a range of payroll products to the Microsoft Dynamics community for many years and are proud of their achievements and the relationships they have established with both partners and customers. Nevertheless, and following a strategic review, it is recognised that payroll is no longer a core business area for the Group as a whole. Consequently, Touchstone has agreed to transfer the intellectual property rights, support obligations and associated trade of the VIP and VIPER products to Miracle Dynamics Ltd (Miracle).

Miracle is a dedicated suppler of Payroll and HR products with an experienced team of Payroll and HR professionals committed to the Microsoft Dynamics market. Over the past two years, Miracle has built up a strong partner and client base within the Microsoft Dynamics community.

Touchstone believe that this transfer is good news for the VIP and VIPER products and the Dynamics community as a whole. Miracles determination to be a world class supplier of HRM solutions influenced the decision and it is Touchstones intention that Miracle becomes the Group HR Partner having already signed a partner agreement.

You will be contacted by Miracle in the next few days but the signatories of this announcement are always available to discuss any questions you may have.

In the meantime please note:
- Miracle will continue to support the existing products and customers
- There are no plans to cease the sale or the support of VIP and VIPER
- Miracle will take over product support and development from October 1st 2007.
- Touchstone is providing resource and expertise to make the transition as painless as possible

news Miracle Dynamics Ltd are moving to impressive new offices in the middle of Leeds on July 20th. Alan Frost stated that the offices, which are opposite the Railway Station, will provide an excellent working environment for our staff and also provide great demonstration and meeting facilities for our customers. Access to Miracle Group offices in Weybridge, Evesham, Oxford Street London, Mountain Ash, Cinderford, Brussels and Perth are still available. The Wetherby office will be vacated.
